Notice the breath and energy moving in the frontal passage from navel to throat on inhalation and throat to navel on exhalation.
Breathe out completely and draw perineum in and up (Moola Bandha) draw navel in and up (Uddiyana Bandha) draw chin in and lengthen through back of the neck (Jalandhara Bandha). All three energetic locks together = Maha Bandha. When activate the knots of ego identification are left behind, and fear dissipates.
